How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. Larger freight items like power racks may take 10-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy items are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Strength Side hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal use.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Are your weight plates sold in pairs or individually?
