At Strength Side, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
